Seven Peaks

On Thursday Ryan's company had their summer party at Seven Peaks water park. We had a few things to get done that day so we ended up arriving at about 4 in the afternoon. When we got there we found out that the pool was closed because they had seen lightning. We decided to grab a bite to eat and wait for them to reopen. After they reopened we got to swim for about 10 minutes before they kicked us out again for lightning. Try explaining that to little Jackers as he is screaming and kicking as we are pulling him out of the wave pool! We waited for about another hour and they closed the park to the public but we got to stay for our party. We had the entire park to share with just one other company which made for a great time. There was hardly any wait to go on the slides and we didn't have to get out again for lightning. Jack swam and swam until his lips were blue and his teeth were chattering. We finally had to make him get out because he was FREEZING. We also won an Ipod shuffle and a digital picture frame in the raffle! It was our lucky day! Unfortunately I forgot to bring my camera so we don't have any great pictures but we had a great time!

How fun, that's nice to NOT have to wait in lines! That's so nice that you won those two things..LUCKY!

It's waiting in lines that makes hate parks- so that would have been a perfect day for me!
Jack is so cute- it's been fun to look at your blog and see more of what your up too.
Do you remember those ugly anatomically (sp) correct dolls that you and Sydney used to have? Jaylee found one of them at Grandma's several months ago that Sydney says was yours and has carried that thing around since. She has never liked dolls, infact she has said before that they are gross, but for some reason she has latched on to that doll that used to be yours. I'll have to send you a pic sometime- she's cute with it! Sorry for taking up so much space!
